About the role

We’re hiring a Mid-Senior Webflow Designer to take on challenging, rewarding projects. You’ll be working closely with clients and the internal team to create world-class websites, landing pages, and digital experiences.

You’ll have ownership, autonomy, and direct access to decision-makers — no endless meetings, no corporate red tape.

What you'll do

Design and develop websites using Webflow, with strong focus on performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.

Animate interactions and dynamic elements using GSAP and Webflow Interactions.

Build components and wireframes with Relume Library.

Collaborate with clients directly — clear and confident communication is critical.

Use tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, Notion, and Slack for daily work and project management.

Participate in continuous learning and agency-led education programs to keep your skills sharp.

What we are looking for

Mid to Senior-level experience (3+ years working with Webflow professionally).

Webflow Expert Certification is a major plus (or willingness to get certified quickly).

Must be based in Europe, ideally within ±2 hours of Slovakia time zone (CET/CEST).

Fluent English, both spoken and written — must be able to communicate clearly with international clients.

Strong portfolio of Webflow projects — including custom animations, interactions, and CMS-driven builds.

Slovak or Czech language skills are a strong bonus, but not mandatory.

Proactive attitude — you don't wait for instructions, you look for solutions.

Ability to manage your own workload responsibly in a remote setup.

What we offer

€2,200–€3,200/month, depending on experience and portfolio.
